Greytown

My home is a modern villa, two blocks from the main street in Greytown.  
The area is totally flat and the surroundings are very quiet.  

There are no steps in the home, which was designed with seniors in mind.

The daily price is = $221 including food

The Host:   Susan – I am retired and will be available most of the time.  

I trust that you will find your stay here pleasant and hassle-free.  
My home offers you a calm atmosphere where you can relax and heal.

Accessibility: The hallways and doorways are wide enough to enable wheelchair access.  
The Villa is carpeted throughout.

Accommodation: The guest bedroom is 2.95m x 3.00m.  
The windows throughout the villa are doubled glazed. 
The queen-sized bed is comfortable with an electric blanket, and an extra heater is available during the winter months.

Bathroom: The bathroom is adjacent to the Guest bedroom.  
It has a walk-in shower with a grab-rail.   A shower chair is available and a non-slip mat.  
The floor of the bathroom has large tiles, with underfloor heating.

The toilet is higher than the average.

Facilities:   Guests are welcome to use the entire house, including the large outdoor patio, which has a variety of chairs to choose from.  
In the mornings the patio receives full sun, until late afternoon.

The Internet is available.   The lounge has a TV and video player, with plenty of videos to choose from.
There is a large library of books in the study.

Host Presence:   I will be available most of the time.

Pet Information: My home is ruled by two three-year-old cats.  
They are very shy as they were rescue kittens and have only known quiet adults.  
They normally spend their days outside.
